Hello everyone!!! not much going on here..been getting some orders out that I sold on my etsy site..remember I am having a huge storewide sale till September 22nd...just type in laborday15 to get the discount..
Our weather is absolutely superb!! mild and sunny..just the way I like it..gotta mail off some packages and then get my daily walk on the treadmill in..I got on the scales again today and I am down 49.5 pounds..only 1/2 pound a way from 50..;) that makes 23-1/2 to go..I am siked..I tell you I feel so good right now..feel like I did in my 20's and 30's..if you have thought about going on a diet/lifestyle change..you will love how you feel..both mentally and physically..just do it..baby steps..and exercise...hope you all are having a wonderful day so far..

That's awesome! I got on the scale again this morning and it showed I gained 2 lbs:( SO frustrating!!! Made me so mad I ate a weight watcher's ice cream bar, LOL!!!
