ReMemBeriNg ouR VeTerAns...

That was my dad before I was born...so probably in the mid to late 50's..he was a CB in the Navy and also in the army reserves or national guard..(I don't know much about his military career)...
and my hubby..he served with the Marines for 4 years, Army Reserves for about 3 years and then served the Navy for 20 years..The above photo was taken when I was 35 and he was 38..so it has been a few and I wish like heck I still looked like that...that was taken right before we moved to Italy...
Well the doctors called back telling me that my MRI showed tendonitis..man is it ever painful..so now I need to do physical Therapy..Hubby needs it as well for a shoulder injury...oh we are hating this getting old thing...wish there was an easy button to make me thin again and not be in any pain...so guess its time to get back in shape and start doing something about it..before I can no longer use it ...have a great monday..I am still getting stuff done for my show this saturday and the one in December..
if any of you are in the Area where I live stop by the Christ Memorial church in Poulsbo on 8th avenue from 10-6 to see mine and others great goodies...Take care and have a wonderful day..:)

  1. My Dad was in the Navy too, and my oldest son was in the Marines! At least you know what is wrong with your foot so you can work at it now and hopefully get some relief. Hope you do soon!
