FiNishEd by The Hair Of My Chinny Chin ChiN....

Well I just finished up all 6 of the Pilgrim ladys and got them mailed off with 15 minutes to spare...I ended up finishing them all with the exception of Mine, but it will only take me 15 minutes to do..I made 4 turkeys to go with the ladys...I changed em up a bit..and was in such a hurry I didn't take photos of them..but love how they turned out..I even sold one to my dear friend Betty Fagan for her daughter..she will be so surprised when she gets it.. along with 2 of my other friends and my little sister got one...they all smell yummy too...now onto making some christmas dolls for my shop or ebay....Glad to have them all done.. got the turkey out thawing... debating whether to brine or not to brine..these are the questions I ask of thee...lol..we did it last year and it was super tasty...so guess I gotta dig it out and do it again..Our dear friend Betty is coming for thanksgiving dinner and she is going to give me more knitting tips..she is such a great teacher...and boy can she Knit... Not much else is going on..we had beautiful weather today...should have been out in it..but needed to get this stuff done...and glad I kept at it...Have a wonderful Evening...

  3. Hi Gina,
Just wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. Josie is spending the night and helping me in the kitchen Wednesday making dishes to take to my parents on Thanksgiving Day.
I also have to set up for my show on Thanksgiving Day. They give you from 9am to 9pm, but you have to claim your space by 9pm or they can give it away. We always go in the evening about 7pm to get the booth, tables, and displays set up...then we finish it up on Friday morning as they let you come 2 hours before the show starts.
I finished making everything today that I wanted to take with me. I posted some pictures on my blog if you want to take a peek.
    Hugs, Cindy
