got my hair trimmed bangs..just couldn't do the long bang thing any more..hated looking out of one now I am happy...and I can see...:)

thats what I'm handing out...actually little bags of candy...should be fun...did you all watch the great pumpkin charlie brown last night..I DID...wouldn't miss it for the world...its my part of being a Toys "R" us kid....I don't want to grow there (tongue sticking out giving you all a rasberry)

don't make me get naked,.. you wouldn't like me when I am naked...sound like the green hulk don't I..only scarier cause I am a good one..:)

  1. Gina,
Love the candycane fabric!! Can't wait to see what you are going to do with the wool felt.
Trick or Treat is tomorrow night here and it is going to be a cold one, but we always have alot of fun giving out candy to the little goblins!

  2. When do you guys have Trick or Treat?
For years, it has been the Saturday before Halloween...but for some reason they decided that the whole county would have it on the 30th this year from 6pm to 8pm. This makes it harder for working parents to get home and get their kids ready in time. My oldest daughter (Josie's mom) usually works until 6pm and has to get off early tomorrow as my SIL is a fireman and is on duty all day tomorrow.
I'm going to the "From Our Hands" Show on Saturday with my best friend Linda. This will be the 4th year that we have gone. It is a great primitive show...with finished items, kits, and patterns.
Can't wait, it should be alot of fun!!

  3. LOL love the cartoons. Does your Joanne's have a good supply of wool felt? Ours has very little. But now that I starting using real wool and felting it myself, I don't think I can go back to felt!

  4. Me again. I did buy a little felt, the wool felt from Joanne's awhile back but now I have been using wool fabric that is felted that I got from online sources. Felted wool is woven wool fabric that is washed and shrunk in the dryer. I think maybe what you call felted wool is really wool felt - it looks like what I had bought there awhile ago, that's why I asked. I have never seen felted wool in Joanne's. I haven't even seen plain old wool in our Joanne's. I might need to look again though if you saw some in yours. I really prefer felted wool because it is so soft and easy to work with and lay's so nicely but wool felt would be my next choice. I still use the pieces I have. Thanks for getting back to me! hugs, Linda
