BaBy GiFts ...

I have been working feverishly on my little sisters baby gifts as my dear friend Peg was taking a trip to Utah and said she would be happy to drop my stuff off to my little sister..so on tuesday-thursday I have been a sewing fool...I still have 8 more burpcloths to make her and a baby blanket...but I got the majority of it done..Thursday I made these 4 baby bibs...they are like the ones I purchased last week on my shopping day out with my best friend Kimmy...My little sister likes mine better..she loved them...Her little babys name is Jack and I just had to embroider these on the bibs for her...They have that little pocket at the bottom so food can drop in there..

Here is the baby book that took tuesday and wednesday to complete..she was so thrilled with this little book..

I am so happy she loved everything..I had a blast making it for her too...I will post the rest when I finish it..I have to make her 12 year old (tomorrow on mothers day) to be exact, I am making him a cute little scripture bag to hold his scriptures in...then I can work on other projects that I need to get done...but this was the biggy..Today I am heading to Hubbys work as we are having a breakfast for the liveaboards where he works..should be a fun day..it is gorgeous here too..finally but back to rain next week...I hope you all have a great weekend and a glorious Mother's day..We are having our new next door neighbors over for Ribs, garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed brussel sprouts, and keylime pie...They are like the kids we never had and we love them already...:) Take care and enjoy your day.;)
